All services are carried out under the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions (STC), latest edition, which apply to every transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The BIFA Standard Trading Conditions include provisions that:

• Limit or exclude liability in certain circumstances 
• Set time limits for claims 
• Outline responsibilities for insurance and indemnity 

We strongly recommend that all customers review these conditions prior to engaging our services.

Cargo insurance is only arranged upon written request and confirmation. If required, please ensure this is clearly instructed at the time of booking.

Where applicable, Gabensar Global Ltd acts as a Direct Customs Agent, submitting declarations on your behalf in accordance with UK regulations.

All services are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts, with arbitration available where applicable under BIFA terms.
