This Privacy Notice explains how we, Gabensar Global Ltd, collect, process and look after your personal information in connection with our business services.
We will only use your personal information in a way that you would expect, and have therefore, formalised our Privacy Notice so you can be sure about how we collect and process your personal information, and have confidence that it is done in a safe way.

When you contact us; by telephone, text, email or in person, we collect from your personal information such as your name, address, email address and telephone number.
This personal information is used to provide the service you have engaged us for, such as a quote, carrying out works at your address, or issuing an invoice.
The personal information also feeds into our financial records CRM in line with our legal responsibilities as a limited company. If you pay your invoice by cheque, we record only your name and the amount of the cheque.
We may receive your personal information when we act on behalf of another company for call out services.

How we share your information
We do not sell or share your personal information to any other organisation for marketing purposes.
We do engage with trusted services outside of our company such as suppliers and sub-contractors, to assist us in carrying out our services to you. Whilst this notice does not extend to any other organisation than our own, we do check data protection compliance when we need to share your information with another service provider.
Where appropriate: - we will share your personal information with:
Invoice Discounter / Hauliers Less frequently: - we may share your personal information with the HSE for health and safety reporting, our insurers, solicitors or accountants as part of our normal working practices.
Any personal information shared is restricted to only what is needed for a 3rd party to carry out their tasks on our behalf.
We may be required to disclose your information to a 3rd party without your consent, this would be in extreme cases concerning police, court or other legal requests.
How we store and keep your information up to date
Once your personal information is in our possession, we take reasonable and considered care to keep your personal information safe. Your personal information is mainly stored in electronic form, and some in paper form. Electronic devices are password protected and our virus/firewall software is always kept up to date. We use industry approved/well regarded software and programs that keep information safe.
When you advise us of a change to your personal information we will update our electronic records, so they are as accurate as possible.
How long we keep your personal information for
We keep your personal information for minimum period of 6 years, up to a maximum period of 7 years from our last contact, after which your personal information is permanently destroyed. The only exception to this is if we are asked not to do so because of pending or ongoing legal reasons. This period is governed by our financial responsibilities as a limited company.
How you can find out about the personal information we hold about you
You have a right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can do this by contacting us (see section 6 below), and we will respond to this without charge within 28 days.
Our response will clearly and concisely give you a description of the personal information we hold, why we have it, who it could be shared with, and when it is due to be destroyed.
